Andrew has been involved with the Brighton & Hove property market since 1981. His experience covers both valuations and sales in the residential, together with advising on all aspects of property development and investment. He is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Brighton and Hove Estate Agents Association ensuring that best practice is always observed. 'Our aim is to provide the best possible service and to make the process of moving home as stress free as possible.

Graham gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge in both sales and lettings in Brighton & Hove for over 20 years. Throughout Graham's career he has never lost his enthusiasm and enjoyment for the job, he takes great satisfaction in witnessing the delight from his clients having achieved their aim in either selling or renting. He prides himself in delivering excellent customer service and treating his customers as he would want to be treated himself.

Caroline Burton
Independent Mortgage Adviser

Caroline is our ‘in house’ mortgage adviser and was awarded Mortgage Adviser of the year by True Potential Wealth Management. Caroline has been advising on mortgages since 1989 so has a wealth of knowledge and experience and can offer unbiased mortgage advice.

Matt Harper

I started selling properties in 1990’s for a large corporate estate agent and managed several offices for them in the Sussex area.

I then decide to work for an independent estate agent as I wanted more time to dedicate to my clients & help them navigate their way to a successful sale or purchase.  

I feel that this is an area in my business that is overlooked, I pride myself in being able to explain the journey that we will going on &  pass on my numerous years of experience/knowledge to new & past clients.

It goes without saying I would love to help you on your journey so do feel free to contact me.

In my spare time I can be found on the golf course, normally followed by a pint of Guinness.

Karine has a great deal of experience in the property industry having worked for a large corporate Estate Agency. Now working in the office dealing with all administrative aspects together with sales progression and handling applicant enquiries.
